Accessibility development note
This is not a claim of WCAG conformance. Optimus Tech intends to work toward WCAG 2.2 level AA, but the web application, generated documents and Android/iOS builds have not completed an independent accessibility audit.
Version 2026-08-23
Design targets
- Keyboard-operable navigation and visible focus.
- Semantic labels, headings and status messages for assistive technology.
- Readable contrast, scalable text and information that does not rely only on colour.
- Clear validation, error recovery and reduced-motion support.
- Structured, legible invoice PDFs and a practical alternative where a document is not accessible.
Known limitations
Keyboard flows, screen-reader output, focus order, zoom/reflow, contrast, validation announcements, reduced motion, generated PDFs and mobile platform behaviour have not yet been fully tested against WCAG 2.2. Content uploaded by customer companies, including logos and free-text invoice descriptions, can introduce additional barriers. Platform-specific assistive-technology testing is required before any mobile store publication.
Request an adjustment
If any feature cannot be used, email info@optimustech.co.uk with the page or task, assistive technology if relevant, and the format or adjustment needed. Do not include passwords or card details. The production operator must define and staff its accessibility-response process before launch.
